Your email address, if you subscribe, to send you news and offers. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Calls and emails

Data you give us when you call or write (name, phone, email, event details) is used only to communicate with you and organise the event.

Technical data

The server and the content delivery network log IP address, browser and time of visit for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How long we keep data

  • Inquiries that did not lead to a contract – up to 2 years from the last contact.
  • Contract and invoicing data – as long as the law requires (accounting records – 10 years).
  • Newsletter subscribers – until you unsubscribe.
  • Technical logs – up to 30 days.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use trusted processors that act only on our instructions:

  • the website hosting provider (servers in the EU);
  • Cloudflare – content delivery and attack protection;
  • Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) – sending the newsletter; transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses;
  • Google (Gmail) – receiving inquiries by email;
  • Google (reCAPTCHA) – protecting the forms against spam;
  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) – visit statistics.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies – to remember your language and to make the forms work. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for visit statistics – how many people visit the site and which pages they view; the data is kept for up to 14 months. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] – we reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.

7. Security

The site runs entirely over HTTPS, access to your data is limited to the people organising your event, and we keep software up to date and protected against attacks.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
